Do players still need to restart their own queues manually? |

I don't think the fix to restart queues worked for everyone.
I don't think the "fix" restarted queues. It most likely just resolved the issue of it reoccurring. You'll probably still need to manually restart. |

Please accept our sincere apologies and let us know if any other training issues arise, apart from the queue pausing. Will reinbursement take MCT into account? I cant even log in for a couple of days and accountS all paused. We'll do our best to take all the affected characters into account, but if you are still missing any SP after the initial reimbursement, please update your original reimbursement ticket or submit a new one if you haven't done that yet, and our crew will help you out as soon as possible. To be honest, CCP shouldn't even ask people to do a ticket, you should just fix your own **** alone since you did this to stop ghost-training (and don't even dare telling us it's not the case), so you should just deal with this alone and don't bother players to raise a ticket that will take forever to be answered.
This appears to have began around 20:00, which would seem late to set off a fix. But yeah, they shouldn't be asking for support tickets. This is just fix it and hand out some SP to make players whole |

20:00 Eve Time ?
Yeah about 20:00 UTC is when it was first noticed. At least that is the estimate based on when word started being passed |

Lost? Temporarily perhaps, but CCP have always been good at reimbursing things like this, so grab a chill pill and chillax
The issue here isn't those who were able to restart their queue. I'd bet CCP comes in with 50k unallocated SP to make people whole. The bigger issue is those players who don't know to check and manually restart the queue, or are not able to login (vacation, military deployment, etc.) for whatever reason. Even if CCP can restart queues from their end, some queues were apparently wiped. How they deal with those issues is a much bigger problem. |

Some info as we have it at the moment. We have identified the issue, and are currently working to automatically restart all queues which have stopped. You do not need to manually restart your queues, nor do you need to file further reports at this time.
Once the fix is in, tested and applied, we will begin logging out the training time lost to this issue, and while at this time I don't have exact details of how reimbursement will work or on what timeframe it will occur, we will bring that information to you as soon as a plan is in place.
Thank you for your patience and understanding while we get all of this sorted out.
There are reports of queues being wiped as well. Might want to mention how that will be dealt with. |

I've passed in on to channels where people claimed this occurred. Hopefully they file a bug report. It was less common than the queue pause, but several people commented about it randomly happening. |
